Go Green for FREE
The Tourism & Conservation Partnership holds regular FREE Go Green workshops throughout Cumbria.
Sessions are designed to encourage businesses to understand the relationship between environment and enterprise. Participants will be encouraged to learn more about how taking an interest in the environment can earn you brownie points with your customers and save you money.
The sessions aim to give businesses:
| An overview of environmental issues facing the tourism sector (including resource efficiency). | |
| Discuss ideas on how to communicate your environmental credentials to your customers. | |
| Help starting on the process of drafting a simple environmental policy. | |
| Analyse your current environmental activities and highlight recommendations for the future. |
